Mathan Arunthavanathan was unlawfully detained by the home office since August 1st. Home office refuse to accept the fresh claim that he submitted and continued to hold him unlawfully.
Mathan is an activist in the Tamil community in UK. He had provided number of evidences of his activities which home office is refusing to consider. His continued unlawful detention has further aiding to deteriorate his mental health.
